Jet DDS-237 Dual Drum Sander is an industrial-grade sanding solution engineered for precision finishing, levelling and calibration of wide solid wood panels, furniture components and construction materials. Designed for continuous heavy-duty operation this machine delivers outstanding power and accuracy for professional workshops and production environments.

With an impressive maximum sanding width of 940 mm and adjustable 0.8 – 133 mm sanding thickness range the DDS-237 is designed to handle everything from thin panels to thick stock making it a versatile solution for a wide range of sanding applications.

The rear drum features micro-adjustment system allowing it to be set slightly lower than the front drum. This configuration allows you to set the rear drum with finer grit allowing both stock removal and surface finishing to be completed in a single pass which significantly increases productivity and workflow efficiency.

A rubber-textile conveyor belt features two speed settings from 2 to 3 m/min to accommodate a wide range of sanding applications from aggressive stock removal to fine finishing. Three pressure rollers securely holds the workpiece to ensure smooth and stable feed rate while delivering exceptional 0.2 mm sanding accuracy across the full width of the sanding drum.

Dual 4″ 100mm dust collection ports ensure efficient dust removal which helps maintain a clean working environment while extending abrasive life and ensuring consistent sanding performance.

Designed for ease of use the sanding belt is fast and easy to change in under 2 minutes without any tools. With the machine you can use pre-cut sanding belts or you can easily cut right size of strips from a sandpaper roll.
