Promac GH-2060ZH DRO Metal lathe

Promac GH-2060ZH DRO Metal Lathe is a large-capacity, heavy-duty precision lathe designed for demanding professional and industrial machining applications. Based on the same machine platform as the Jet GH-2060 ZH DRO it combines an exceptionally rigid construction, powerful 7.5 kW motor, large turning capacity and integrated 3-axis digital readout.

With a 500 mm swing over the bed, 720 mm swing in the gap and 1500 mm distance between centres the GH-2060ZH DRO is particularly well suited for machining large-diameter components, long shafts and heavy workpieces where both capacity and precision are essential.

The integrated 3-axis DRO system gives the operator accurate digital position information and makes precise machining considerably easier than relying solely on conventional handwheel graduations. The system has a 0.005 mm resolution, making it particularly useful when positioning the cutting tool, machining to tight tolerances and carrying out repetitive operations.

With a machine weight of approximately 3000 kg the GH-2060ZH DRO provides the mass and rigidity required for stable machining under demanding cutting conditions. The substantial bed construction helps minimise vibration and provides a stable foundation when machining large and heavy components.

Longitudinal and cross power feeds improve productivity and provide consistent feed rates for high-quality surface finishes. The extensive gearbox also provides a broad selection of metric, imperial, module and diametral-pitch threads, making the machine highly versatile for general engineering work.

Comes with ø 250 mm 3-jaw universal chuck, ø 320 mm 4-jaw independent chuck, ø 400 mm faceplate, coolant system, work light, four way tool post, steady rest, follow rest, MT-5 fixed centre, MT-5 live centre, threading dial and MT-7/MT-5 centre sleeve.
