Jet JWL-1440VS Wood lathe is designed to handle a wide variety of woodturning projects. Thanks to its sliding and pivoting headstock, variable speed control and full cast-iron construction this lathe offers unmatched flexibility and stability for demanding woodturners.
Jet JWL-1440VS offers a full 1016 mm distance between centers and 370 mm maximum turning diameter on the bed. With rotating headstock you can turn larger projects outside of the bed and with optional extension bed you can add 500 mm more between centers allowing to work even longer projects.
Comes with 300 mm tool rest, tool rest extension, spur centre, live centre, tooling knockout bar, 76 mm faceplate and industry-leading 5 year warranty.
