In oscillating mode, the sanding drum head moves side to side, effectively reducing heat build-up on the sanding belt and preventing loading and burning.

Designed with user convenience in mind, the innovative tool-less parallelism system simplifies adjustments, allowing you to position the worktable effortlessly with just a turn of the parallelism dial. The Sandsmart™ conveyor system continuously monitors the load on the drum motor, preventing overload situations for optimal performance.

Additionally, the mirrored design of the dust hood enhances dust collection, ensuring that chips and debris stay away from your workpiece for a flawless finish. The JET 2244 Oscillating Drum Sander delivers everything you need for a smooth and effortless sanding experience.

Designed for ease of use the sanding belt is fast and easy to change in under 2 minutes without any tools. With the machine you can use pre-cut sanding belts or you can easily cut right size of strips from a sandpaper roll.
