Promac HVBS-712K Metal bandsaw

Promac HVBS-712K is a robust and versatile metal-cutting bandsaw designed for workshops, maintenance departments and professional metalworking applications. Its rigid cast-iron construction, adjustable cutting speeds and generous cutting capacity make it an excellent all-round machine for cutting solid material, tubes and profiles.

The HVBS-712K provides an impressive cutting capacity for a machine of its size, handling round material up to approximately 180 mm in diameter and rectangular workpieces up to approximately 180 × 300 mm at 90°. The swivelling vice allows mitre cutting, making the machine suitable for fabrication work where accurate angled cuts are required.

Different materials require different cutting speeds. This bandsaw has four (4) selectable blade speeds allowing the operator to adapt the machine for different metals and workpiece types. The blade runs on precision guides that help maintain accurate tracking and straight cuts throughout the cutting operation.

For demanding metal-cutting applications, the HVBS-712K features an integrated coolant system. Coolant is delivered directly to the cutting area to reduce heat, improve cutting conditions and extend bandsaw blade life.
