Beschreibung
Promac SX-815DVP Metal Bandsaw is a compact and robust professional metal-cutting bandsaw designed for accurate cutting of steel, aluminium and other metals. The machine provides an cutting capacity up to ⌀ 150 mm for round material and 170 × 150 mm for rectangular workpieces making it an excellent choice for workshops, maintenance departments, fabrication shops and small-scale production.
Built around a rigid cast construction, the SX-815DVP combines stability, precision and easy operation. Equipped with a powerful 1.1 kW motor and variable blade speed from 20–65 m/min, allowing the cutting speed to be matched to different materials and workpiece dimensions. This helps achieve clean cuts while extending bandsaw blade life.
The DVP version is equipped with an integrated coolant system with an 8-litre coolant tank. Coolant is delivered directly to the cutting area, helping reduce heat generated during cutting while improving lubrication and assisting with chip removal.
