3.1 The order will be delivered on business days and the delivery time estimate will be calculated on the basis of business days.

3.2 Delivery is possible in larger cities until 21:00 and in other areas deliveries are generally made before 14:00. In some cities and countries the time of delivery is agreed with the Customer separately by the carrier. Heavy and large deliveries do not include a collection service or removal of packaging materials.

3.3 After receiving your order you must check that the delivery corresponds to your order and that the products are free from any visible shipping damage. If you have noticed any defects or damage to the products, please notify us within seven (7) days after receiving your products.

4.1 The customer pays for the order in the online shop or by email invoice. We accept online payments through most common Credit Cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

4.2 Card payments are processed by Stripe Europe Payments Limited who is in partnership with banks and credit institutions. Stripe is a secure and easy payment method. Payment is made directly on the e-commerce website and you are not redirected to another service. Using Card Payments you must accept Stripe Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4.3 Jetshoptools.com online store works as a marketer of products and services and as a supplier of products to the customer. The Jettools.fi online store takes care of the legal obligations related to the store and other obligations defined by itself.

5.1 The price of the goods is including VAT 25,5%. The price will be the price listed in our current online price list at the time you place your Order – unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

5.2 When ordering in EU you don’t have to pay any additional fees or custom charges.

5.3 Our online store is VOEC registered (ID: 3030431) so consumers in Norway don’t need to pay any additional fees or taxes when the total order is under 256 EUR (3 000 NOK).

5.4 If you are placing an order outside of the European Union (EU) you are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and import charges. These fees are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the buyer. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

5.5 If we discover an error or if the manufacturer’s prices change before the Goods are delivered or collected we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to cancel your Order or confirm it at the updated price. We are not obligated to supply Goods at an incorrect price if the error is obvious and could reasonably have been identified by you.

The available shipping options are indicated in the shopping cart of the online shop. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page.

• Letter Package: Delivered directly to your mailbox at your business or home address.

• Postal Parcel or MyPack Collect: Your order will be delivered to the nearest postal office located to you. The maximum weight of a package is from 20 to 35 kg depending on the country.

• MyPack Home: The package will be delivered to your home address. The carrier will contact the recipient digitally, usually on the working day following the order, and we will agree on a delivery time. The delivery times may vary from 9am to 9pm. In most countries the customer can choose the delivery time window within 2-4 hours.

• Home Delivery or Door-to-Door: Products weighing more than 35kg will be always delivered to the address of the customer. The order will be delivered to the nearest possible unloading point to the delivery address where the delivery truck can reach.

We strive to ensure your order is processed and delivered as quickly as possible. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping country and carrier logistics. See general shipping times for products in stock to different areas:

• Baltic countries: 1-2 days.

• Nordic countries: 2-5 days.

• Europe: 3-7 days.

• UK and Rest of the World: 6-14 days.

8.1 The warranty is subject to the terms and conditions set by the manufacturer. It does not restrict the seller’s liability for defects as outlined under the Consumer Protection Act. Customers are advised to review the warranty terms provided with the product prior to use.

8.2 The warranty period is specified in product description on the purchase receipt. Detailed warranty conditions can be found in the user manual, on a separate warranty form or on the manufacturer’s website. The warranty covers only defects in manufacturing or materials.

8.3 Warranty repairs are conducted in accordance with the warranty terms established by the manufacturer or importer. Please note that defective outlet products cannot be exchanged for a new product at the standard retail price.

8.4 Jetshoptools.com is not responsible for any damages caused by the buyer or customer. Any costs incurred outside the scope of the warranty as well as charges for a service visit deemed clearly unwarranted may be charged in full to the customer.

9.1 Ordered products have a 14-day right of exchange and return. The Customer has the right to cancel the order within fourteen (14) days after receipt of the product.

9.2 Please note that spare parts are not eligible for the standard 14-day right of withdrawal or return. Due to the technical nature, compatibility requirements and handling sensitivity of spare parts all sales of spare parts are considered final once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

9.3 Products manufactured, modified or customized according to the Customer’s needs are not returnable.

9.4 The product must be returned in its original, unmodified, and undamaged condition. If the returned product has been used the Customer may be charged for a reduction in the product’s value or up to its full price. A returned product shall not be considered used if it has only been handled to the extent necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

9.5 Spare parts and services are non-refundable once they have been fully performed or completed.

9.6 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

9.7 The Customer is always responsible for the cost of returning the Product whether or not a shipping charge has been made. The cost of returning the Products is equal to the delivery cost indicated in the shopping cart or in the order confirmation.

9.8 You can cancel your order if the delivery has not taken place within the stated time. Cancellation of the order must be notified by e-mail to info(at)jetshoptools.com. We make every effort to notify customers via email if the delivery time differs from the standard delivery time.

9.9 Jetshoptools.com can cancel the order and return the money to the customer’s account if there have been technical problems with the order and the ordered products have been sold at a clearly lower or higher price.

10.1 Jetshoptools.com reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions. The Customer must consult the terms of delivery in force at the time of ordering before making a purchase decision.

10.2 Jetshoptools.com is not responsible for the suitability of the product purchased from the online shop or store for the customer.

10.3 Jetshoptools.com is not liable for delays caused by force majeure.
