Jet JSMS-10L Mitre Saw

The Jet JSMS-10L mitre saw has all the necessary rotary/bevel cutting functions and is also equipped with a space mechanism. It provides a longitudinal stroke of the saw blade, resulting in a longer cutting length and a correspondingly longer width of the parts cut in one turn (it reaches 305 mm). In addition, the saw’s traction feature allows cutting pins from the edge of the workpiece (ribs) and making blind grooves (depth limited by an adjustable stop).

Precision of use and ease of adjustment are guaranteed by the high rigidity of the structure, all the main parts of which (work table, pendulum arm, hinge unit) are made of cast aluminium alloy. The model has built-in sliding extensions for the work table, one of which can be equipped with an adjustable end stop to facilitate working with similar parts.

The saw is equipped as standard with a dust extraction system, a folding steel guard, a lock for the main turning angles, a folded position stop for transport and storage, a screw clamp for the workpiece and other necessary elements. Standard additions include: an electronic system for rapid braking of the motor shaft to reduce wear time and a laser cutting line indicator.
