The Jet JPT-F260 Planer-Jointer combines the precision, durability and reliability of more expensive professional machines at a price that is more suitable for the hobbyist. The 256mm planing width of this planer is ideal for all the most common planing jobs.

The Jet JPT-F260 is designed to offer the best workmanship in its size class. The three-axis 5,000 rpm cutter and 6m/min flatbed drive rollers ensure excellent planing results even on hardwood, producing up to 3,000 cuts per metre.

Thanks to the easy to lift planer tables that open together, you can change from jointing to thicknessing easily and simply in less than 10 seconds. Just tilt the jointer tables to the side and turn the dust hood over the cutter. Changing from thicknessing to jointing is done in the reverse order just as easily and quickly. Straight tables are always placed in the right place and therefore no adjustments need to be made. There is also no need to remove any parts or adjust the jointer tables when switching between modes of use.

The Jet JPT-F260 is delivered 100% ready to use in a plywood box. The package comes with an emergency stop button, wood piece push handles and blade changing tools. Spare blades for the machine can be found here.
